OF THE POTTER

Casa do Oleiro was born out of a passion for ceramics made exclusively by hand. In our pieces, the talent of renowned Portuguese potters comes together with clay, traditions and colors to give life to ceramics that brighten up environments, making tables and spaces even more exclusive and striking.

Our factory is located in the Alentejo, a region known for its fine wine, cork and artisanal ceramics. We are honored to keep this ancient profession alive, bringing our customers pieces with the trademark of Portuguese potters.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our minimum is €600 per order, but we analyze each case individually with flexibility. If the order is large, we can also look into discount options. In order to start production, a deposit of 50% of the total order value is required. This amount confirms your request and guarantees the reservation of the production of the pieces. The production time is 4 to 5 weeks from confirmation of payment, and may vary depending on the volume and complexity of the order. We always strive to meet the agreed deadlines, respecting the care and quality of craftsmanship that each piece requires. Once production is complete, we pack the products and, based on the dimensions and final weight of the load, quote the shipping price with the carriers. The customer will be informed of the shipping costs and must then pay the remaining balance of the order, plus the cost of transportation. Only after confirmation of full payment (product plus freight) will we proceed with the release and shipment of the goods. If you prefer, you also have the option of appointing a carrier you trust to collect the order directly from us. Our commitment is to ensure that each stage, from production to transportation, takes place with total transparency and respect for the agreed deadlines.
